Issues with Auto Payment

Apparently there are still some issues with updating our auto pay information with Inframark. In order to avoid getting disconnect notices because your payment was kicked back, please ensure you have updated your information. Attached below is the letter from Inframark.

Dear Resident,

As part of an internal system update, all customers previously enrolled in AutoPay are required to log in to the customer portal and re-enroll to continue automatic payments. Unfortunately, if this step hasn’t been completed, your recent payment may not have been processed. Please take a moment to update your AutoPay information today to bring your account current and avoid any additional late fees or service interruptions.
